Perhaps, but I would hope the government owners would force GM to either use it or sell it before that happens. Fairly recently constructed buildings served by a railhead and an interstate level connector highway should have some value to someone if GM doesn't put it back in operation. Then again the way this whole story has unfolded in the last year, what do I know?
