07 Vue front seat removal

My '07 has a bad Passenger Presence Sensor on the passenger seat. I have found a replacement seat for $125 and am gambling on it's PPS working properly.
Is there anything special that I need to consider when changing the seat?
The seat is leather/heated so there are a few plugs (no problem).

I was planning to disconnect the battery at least 1 hour before starting the job to avoid airbag issues.

Does the computer / seat need to be reset after the new seat is in place?

Outside the battery disconnection, I've not had issues removing seats from my VUE.
I theory you need to take it to the dealer and have the sensor re-calibrated but I'd just see if it works in practice. Used seats can suck so some people just dig out the sensor and sap only that.

I removed both front seats recently to get heating elements installed at the local shop. I completely forgot about the air bag thing and this thread reminded me of it. I haven't had any issues yet and the car has been backed out and back into the garage sitting on a milk crate.....

One of my clients is an auto recycler so I scored a leather seat, that is in better condition than the one in my car, for $125. (much cheaper than a dealer PPS)
They also gave me a 90 day warranty on it, so here's hoping the electronics work and it's an easy swap.
