Interior Trim Swap?

i have an L300 2002 V6 3.0L and the interior control cluster is woodgrain. ew. is there such thing as a brushed Al or CF replacement. or just black. something else. or would i have to make it myself.

In 2003 Saturn changed the trim to brushed Stainless. Just order it from your dealer or aftermarket retailer.
