Finally Fixed! Friend at work had a Multi-Meter and using that we were able to find which wire didn't have continuity. Armed with that knowledge I ran a new wire and got it all working properly.
Now I have to learn how to align the headlights but since I need to replace the mounting can under the light that was damaged, I'll wait until that is installed. Thank you everyone for all your help. I've learned a lot. |

Great news, I knew you could do it!!!
If your 03 is anything like my 02 one adjustment is r/l and the other is up/down.
