Default 2003 Saturn L-200 Camber

I want to get lowering springs for my car and also I was wondering if it is possible to add negative camber to my 2003 Saturn L-200 and how would I achieve that?

Default Re: 2003 Saturn L-200 Camber

Lowering springs will not drop the car very much. The front is on the snubbers on hard bumps. The rear will come down quite a lot but the alignment is tricky. As the car comes down the wheels go negative camber a lot. The trick is to get the toe to come back in so you can drive it. Is there a reason you want negative camber other than looking like a Honda? I lowered the back of my car one coil and half the bump stops. I had to purchase adjustable lower arms and educate the alignment shop on how to align the car. I installed v-6 springs on the front to get the car to stop hitting the stops on rough roads. My car handles really well with the 16” Saab wheels. I am thinking about trying a set of Ion struts and springs to get the front lower. The Ion struts are a couple inches shorter than the L series struts and might use the same hub.
