2007 Outlook XR
Default Newbie here... Hello all!

Just want to say hello to the Saturn Community. We just purchased a used 07 outllook XR from the BMW dealership where I service my cars. They happen to have a dark blue w/ black interior on the lot. Since my wife has been eyeing the outllook for about a year now I ask my sales guy to take her for a spin. What can I say,,, we both loved it! This thing drives better than our previous CUV and SUV. Although, after a few days of driving and getting to know feel of the car, I did find a few flaws. Transmission shifts, steering wheel column noise and a broken gas spring release (which the dealer will fix next week). Thanks to this forum I was able to identify the pros and cons, the norms and odds.
I do have one question. Earlier today after driving low speed in my neighborhood the "low oil pressure" warning came on and I should turn off the engine. Turned her off, checked the dip stick (level is fine) and started her up again. The warning hasn't came back on since. I have searched this forum on anything related but couldn't find anything. Was it a fluke or is this just one of the odd things this car does?
I also have the Dual moon roof and aware of the leak problems. Since It hasn't rained here in Northern Ca. and I haven't washed her yet, I won't know if our outlook has this problem.
Future plans for her are HID lighting and aftermarket headunit with gps and rear dvd capabilities.
Again, hello and I look forward to learning more about the Outlook from here.
