I posted yesterday about the rotor swap that I did two days ago. I mentioned that the pedal travel increased significantly, and even though it does not go all the way to the "floor" ( lower limit ), and I can lock the wheels, during the first 2/3rds of the pedal travel brakes do not engage. This happened after I took warped (new before I installed them 30000 miles ago ) rotors off and put older ones that were just "turned".
I though the front brakes are self-adjusting? I did not touch anything at the back ( did not change rear rotors )... What gives? |

It may just be a question of the old pads seating to the new rotors. Give it a week or so to improve.
