Default Need part number or name for this part - 2002 Saturn SL1

I'm replacing the front bumper assembly on my 2002 Saturn SL1 and I'm trying to track down the part that's in the picture attached to this thread; I've been calling it a "lower front bumper grille," but I'm not having much luck locating one on eBay, CL, etc. Does anyone happen to have an original part number for it that I might reference? Or a link to a new/used one for sale? I also need the passenger splash shield, but I was able to easily find new ones for sale on eBay. Thanks.

I think you are looking for a bumper cover reinforcement. This link should help you with identifying OEM part numbers for all the front end body parts for an easier search. You can also navigate on that site to locate other parts via diagrams.

Here's the direct link for the fender section that includes splash shield for left and right just in case you need other parts in that group.
