Default Help me name my Saturn

I was with my friends the other day and apparently I am required by man law to give my car a woman's name, I just called it my "econobox" but apparently that wasn't good enough. So now I have to figure what to call my 2001 SL1. Anyone have any suggestions?

Yeah, if you tried to get away with saying that's a woman's name, you could find yourself in some trouble....

Well my 2000 sl1's name is Paula. When I got mine it was a mess and Paula seemed to be a dirty girl, the name just stuck. Everyone asks how Paula is running. I like the name. Lame but funny....

Is it black with red pin striping? I can't tell if it's black or a dark blue. If it's black with the red pin striping I would call her The Black Widow.

I don't think naming your car is a bad thing.

I have the following:

My 94 SC1 is "Amber"...since she is a Gold Car.

Me and Mrs. 2ndsout named our 94SL2 "Dan"...short for Sedan

The 97SW2 that I bought recently is "Frank", named after the former owner.

91 SC that is my project car is "Cheri".

We have also owned:

92 SL1 (Sold in 2005) "Blue"
05 VUE (RIP 2008) "Blue 2"

Pick a name for your car that YOU like. One day it will come to you in the next couple of days. A car's name should come from the character that the car emits when you drive the car (IMHO).

Just my thoughts.

Let's see, it's a 7 year old saturn S series. It's going to start breaking down. I'd call it Cynthia. That's my ex girlfriend's name. She broke down all the time.

Informally named mine "Sally" after a hottie I knew

"That's my ex girlfriend's name. She broke down all the time."
Now that's funny! Or sad. Could be either.

Yep, black w/ red pin stripes. I actually like that, I was wanting to do something involving the red stripes but the only problem is I don't think that qualifies as a women's name.

Thats what I was thinking, "Sally the Saturn" but it seamed a little to cheesy.

It's both. She sent me a text the other night to call her if I was up. I did. I wanted to see what she wanted. At the end of our conversation, she's like "Give me a call sometime." I haven't talked to her in three months. I don't plan on calling her. She's not with me anymore. I don't have to put up with her BS like I did for 6 yeas.
