2009 VUE 2.4L
Dizzy door locks

i have a 2009 saturn vue 4 cly automatic transmission xel door locks work on drivers door not other doors when it get hot they all stop working they make a noise and the locks look like they are trying to move but only a little movement be seen ,sometimes they work ok other time not at all help thank you

It sounds like a minor power deficiency - perhaps weak battery or electrical system.

Do locks operate same with: (1) engine off, (2) engine on. or (3) engine at 1300 RPM or higher?

I've also attached a door lock/unlock description and a few diagrams.

I received OP private message indicating locks were flaky with engine on/off and at higher RPM.

I would normally suggest swapping lock/unlock relays but it appears they're hardwired to a circuit board.

Best I can do at this point is attach FSM extract with steps a dealer tech would use to isolate possible causes.

some times it just needs several latches, I see this often.
