Default AEM CAI question

I just got my new AEM intake but am concerned about my lack of inner fender liners. I took these out some time ago but am wondering if they might help track the intake charge? Will I see loss of benefit by not having them?

i'd call aem and ask them. or sps might know. without the fender liners, don't you get a lot of dirt in there?

Even with a small amount of the fender liner gone you will get ALOT more dirt in that filter, trust me, I have to clean it alot.

Default Re: AEM CAI question

Actually, I figured out that my inner fender wells are different than later models. I did find a fix for the problem which I pictured in my gallery.
