Default Alignment Shim - minus what degrees?

Please see the screenshot. Which one do I choose as a passionate driver?

There's nothing on the S-Series that those will do anything useful for. Get the bolts, those will actually do something.

I think fetchitfido was thinking “camber”.
In my opinion, buy a bunch. Get the small ones and stack them if needed.
Check the “track” of the car: Push the car over a big sheet of paper that you’ve taped to the driveway. On the paper, using a pencil and small carpenter’s square, mark the edges of the tires. Verify that the front and rear wheels follow each other...

Dire warning: You will never find driving joy if your tires are not round.
...
Competition Clutch 10Lb. Flywheel. 14 stalls to date (and loving it).
Oil use is 1 ounce per 100 miles with ~230,000 miles on the engine

Front & Rear camber use bolts, rear toe use's bolts. What are the shims good for then? These aren't useless Toyota's that need shims sandwiched between the bearing face and hub to change the alignment which requires a new bearing every single time you need an alignment change.

If the track is off...unbolt the offending sub-frame and slide it whichever way it needs to go.

None. I'm planning a complete suspension rebuild. Bought EVERYTHING new. Thought those things are to be installed by default. Seems they are not. Everyone, thanks for your answers.
