ION wiring diagrams
Does anyone have any of the 2005 ION wiring diagrams? In particular I'm looking for the pinout of the grouping that plugs into the back of the cluster. But I'd be happy with any that anyone has, seeing as how I'd more than likely eventually use them. Thanks.

You can't post them on forums since they are copyrighted material. It's actually worth the purchase price if you plan to keep the vehicle long. There is much more of interest than just schematics. The software on these is complex and the operational descriptions are quite helpful in understanding the sometimes confusing behaviour of these cars.

I would also be interested to know where to puchase the service manuals. I went to the website listed in the Owners Manual for publications and it wants a dealership name and password???
I would just like to know more about how all these electronic gadgets work and what's where.

If anyone has a schematic for a 2005 Ion-2 I would really appreciate a copy. I've put 5 batteries in this car in 5 years and still have to jump start it at least once a week. Obviously a draw somewhere and I'm leaning towards ignition switch.
