?question does any one have a photo of thier wiring on 08 vue xr from the head unit ? has anyone replaced the radio? Hello, i cant figure out the factory wires from vehicle to stock plug to radio/head unit i bought 2008 vue xr a month ago, previous owner installed after market radio (butcher job), then before they gave it up, had the stock radio reinstalled. the radio is not working, i have tried connecting a aftermarket unit, as i am testing the wires with volt meter and continuity, the main power bundle of wires are not matching gm schematics for this model 1) yellow and red / constant and ignition seem reversed 2) getting ign also from other wire? 3) colours of wires dont match with gm spec i can "pm" photos of wires stock radio shows only "time" for 2 seconds then nothing, no warnings, no lock screen? I have limited time working on car stereos although i am proficient with electronics generally I could really use some help I read only factory tech's can fix/reboot/install/unlock factory head units in Saturn ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!! please help, tell me there is a work-around for getting stock radio to work. Any help is appreciated, I got really hosed on buying this Vue Im looking at 4000$ in possible repairs. im so f\d, my last Saturn also bled me for 4000$ in repairs, the up side mechanics love me lol
