Default 2008 Outlook XR master window switch

I am trying to replace the master window switch on my outlook, but I cannot figure out how to pry the trim piece loose to get to the switches without breaking off the clips. Any advice?

Thanks.

What's wrong with the switches? Will they not roll the windows up and down?

Hi I too have a 2008 Saturn outlook and my drivers side window switch went out. ..I ordered the part online for $60 and was going to try to do it myself but started and felt like I was going to break something. .. called a local cat audio installer and asked them how much they world charge to replace and install and they said $15-$25 at the most... you might want to try that route.. hope this helps

In my 09 outlook XE the switches weren't working or were very intermittent. I gently pried the part out and cleaned the contacts and it works fine now. I did break a piece in the back door panel cause I didn't realize there was a screw holding those ones in. It still works it's just doesn't have that extra screw holding it in.
