Default 2003 Ion cooling fan viberation

My daughters car - the cooling fan in viberating like crazy when on. There appears to be mounting screws in the top of the radiator that are missing and allowing the entire radiator assembly to viberation. It almost looks impossible to get screws in but the fan vibration seems to still exist even if screws were in and secure. Is excessive viberation an indicator of a bad fan? Thoughts?

Some cooling fans are almost impossible to examine due to limited space in the engine area. Below are some info to help. It appears the fan blades have a circular ring as part of its assembly to keep blades from flexing - a rigid assembly. Examine it for damage. If its damaged and replacement is needed, I can post or send replacement procedures thru private email (pm me with an email address). Fan blade assembly is either from online sites or junk yards.

The cooling fan replacements which are available as OE, or aftermarket new parts are only provided as complete assemblies - shroud, motor, and fan. If you choose to pick a wrecking yard part from a self serve yard then be careful with the removal of the clip which attaches the fan to the motor. It is NLA from the factory so it appears that you'd have to reuse that part either from your car or the donor. The link below shows the picture of the parts breakdown schematic along with prices and availability.
