Dizzy emissions

i have a 95 sl1 with 130,000 miles on it, my question is are the "guarenteed to pass ' fuel systems cleaners good to get i have to go the the state inspection this month, the only problem i ll thing i will have is emissions any advice would be appreciated

I wouldn't recommend using one of those products. IF your car isn't passing emissions, there's a reason it's not. The solution won't be found in a bottle of fancy alcohol.

In preparing for your emissions inspection, check the condition of your wires, plugs (gapping too), PCV, EGR, air filter, and do an oil change. Running a bottle of Techron through your fuel system prior to your inspection makes sense too. Barring that your exhaust and cat are in good shape and the above mentioned are working fine, you should pass (with the exception of major engine problems that NOTHING will easily remedy).

I've gotten some old, clunky POS cars to pass the strict guidelines here in CA using these same guidelines. Good luck
