Default Repost from RL forum, lowering springs found! Group buy or forum discount!

Hey guys. Ive found a company that can make lowering springs for our Vues and is willing to do a group buy/ forum discount! They are called Road Magnet and are located in Baltimore, Md and can be found at roadmagnet.com. They already make a 2" drop/sport spring for the Ion. All they need is a Vue in the area to get the dimensions/rates and drop height for r&d. Gentleman in my car club has a custom set for his sky rl and is very happy with them. Please, I know so many of you have been looking for a proper, safe way to drop your Vue and make it ride/look so much better. Lets make this a reality guys, pm or post if in the Baltimore area and willing to volunteer or if any and all are interested.

REWARD EXCELLENCE!

Um... No idea on prices yet... Just started the communication, have to made designed first lol. Igonna out on a limb and say the low $200s considering that's seems to be the general price range throughout their catalog for lowering springs. Rahid905, I actually live in Virginia Beach currently so Baltimore isn't very local at the moment. if you could pm me about it I'll let you know about it. Who knows, you could be the Saturnfans liason. Lol

This would be a very good thing.. Are you guys looking only for a 2 inch drop or possibly doing a 3 inch drop
..... The reason I ask is I have the Intrax 2.0 front and 2.1 drop rear and it's a good drop but does not close up our wheel gap enough, even on the 22s ... Just a thought let me know what you think

Road Magnet has actually posted in the RL section with the thread titled "lowering springs" by "roadmagnet." (obviously lol) Check with them and I'm sure they can give you better specifics and details than I can.... As far as I know we haven't got a ride height determined, we still need a test car to visit their location in Baltimore so they can actually make a spring that fits.

Already talked to these guys.
They would need your car for two or three days. They would make the springs, install them, road test them and give you the car back all set up for 400+ bux. Not sure on what they would cost after the initial set is made. But for 400+ you can have springs made buy a number of companies out there.
