2004 VUE 3.5L
Default Hitch isn't level

I just installed a 2" Curt hitch and a motorcycle carrier (for my scooter), and as you can see in the picture, it's not level. Once you put the scooter on there, it gets even worse. Is this just how Curt hitches are? Or is something bent?
