2001 SL1 won't run past idle.
My daughter's SL1 was overfilled with oil and began losing power. Stopped, towed it home and drained oil back to full. Now it won't run past am idle. Changed spark plugs and o2 sensor. Revs to higher rpms when first started but then bogs down. I'm leaning toward a plugged cat but am open to suggestions.

To confirm the cat, you can remove the O2 sensor. This removes some of the exhaust restriction and will allow the car to move more exhaust gas, letting it rev more.
Used only short term, and make some type of heat block so you don't melt things with exhaust gasses.
How fouled were the plugs? That would seem to be the best (quick) indication of how much oil it blew through the engine.
