Default Misfire

During idle seems like I have a misfire. Is it possible with out setting off check engine light?

It's possible.

The coil packs fail on these cars with frequency. The OEM spark plugs are good for about 30k miles and if they are not changed, the gap increases, stressing the coilpack.

Coilpacks are cheap. At the same time you should change the spark plugs. All very easy to DIY.

I would get this done quickly to prevent any issues with emissions downstream equipment.

Doubling up on the above advice. Pull the plugs and see what you have. It is very easy on this engine and prolonged misfire condition will potentially cost you a lot of money in the form of a fried catalytic converter.
