I even caught what I can only surmise to be a ToyotaCorollafans.com Spot&Shotter after he wasn't paying attention.

^^^^ Parked S-Series cars, many times especially on my ride to work. One moving silver sedan (nice elderly lady driving) is also in that bunch since we pass going opposite directions on the same stretch of road in the morning. I have had a hunch once or twice that I may be shooting the same moving Saturn on different days. My home town is ripe with S-Series cars because of the proximity of the one-time dealership and the average income levels. I still have a few Gen 1 S-Cars within walking distance to me that I have yet to capture. A nice blue and Black bumpered Gen 1 SL1 is calling to me since I noticed it yesterday just around the corner from my house on a stretch of street I obviously never looked down with any amount of concentration. I could go capture 3 or four right now if I wanted to, but I wouldn't want to 'over hunt' the area and leave nothing for future generations.

Finding a Saturn is not nearly as challenging as finding a Dodge Sprinter passenger van. Sprinter forums... There you know if someone spotted you.

^^^^ I am glad that there are others like me out there. Many around me (wife and daughters) consider my affinity for capturing the S-car in its natural habitat a kind of obsession or sickness. But I say 'Nuts!' to them. (under my breath) There's nothing wrong with me! I'm just a SaturnFan!

My wife points out S-Series (and Ions, of course, since she drives one.) all the time now. A couple days ago she pointed out another silver 3rd generation SW2 to me. I guess that makes two of us.

Here's more... taken on a run up to the center of Connecticut last Sunday ... and what really bugs me is that I missed two oncoming wagons and a red sedan. I wasn't quick enough on the shutter. In my defense we were going opposite directions at a minimum of 65 mph so one might say I was trying to capture these cars doing 130.

^^^^ Is that fresh from eBay? Good for you! ... I considered buying it but its too close to Xmas and home heating oil prices are killing me ... Too bad Saturn never made a furnace.

12). P.S. when Diesel prices fall below what I pay for home heating oil I fill up a 5 gallon jug on my way home from work at night and dump it into my house tank.

You can add that to my list boys and girls!

Does that ever actually happen? 'Round here, gasoline prices have gone off a short cliff, hanging around $3 a gallon. The LOWEST I've seen for diesel lately is $3.85.

It happened a few winters ago when I happened to need some furnace repair and I needed to buy diesel fuel to fill a jerry rigged temporary fuel tank for the furnace. I was told I could just keep filling up with Diesel fuel since it was the same thing as home heating oil minus the red dye which makes it tough for truck drivers to avoid some taxes by running home heating oil in their Peterbilts. So after repairs were done I noticed that diesel fuel was selling for much less than my contracted HHO price so since I already had the yellow 5 gal. jug I might as well save a little green by filling it up and dumping it in my home tank each night. My wife put a stop to it after I started coming in the house wearing a new aroma.
