Sad Ls2 engine dies after warm up

2000 Ls2
3.0 -auto
72k miles
the problem i am having is:
when car is cold -it starts fine--runs fine.
once it warms ups (app 20 mins at idle in drive way) the engine just quits. It will not restart untill cool down--1 hr. I have replaced fule filter--cked fule presure---
40lbs with key on 50lbs engine running.
thought it might be fule pump going out after warm up--but kept my eye on gauge
as it died--48lbs
checked obdII codes-came up with:
po152---02 sensor
po355--malfunction in ignition coil "e"
p0727--no voltage from engine speed input.
this has me scratching a bald spot on my head. any ideas? thanks
