2002 SC2
Default 2002 SC2 Automatic To Manual Transmission Conversion

So I was reading the page on Different Racing about what parts I need to do automatic to manual transmission conversion. To get to the point, if I purchased a 92-02 S-series with a manual transmission, would I be able to just swap all the parts into my current car?

Most. You wouldnt be able to use the shift boot and PCM. If you use the flywheel and hydrolic assembly, make sure you use a 1991-1999 clutch and pressure plate.

Also 1992 manual transmissions have a provision still cast into them for the 1991 mounting system. This cast in piece will have to be cut off to clear the front cross member on the cradle.

Sounds great. I've been seeing some Saturns on craigslist that I want for parts and some have manual transmissions. I think I'm going to get one if I can.
