Default service engine light error code p1780 and u2105

I have a 2002 Saturn L300 that failed inspection due to the service engine light being on. Auto Zone said the error codes are p1780 and u2105. The car runs fine. The service engine light only comes on after the car has run for 5 - 10 minutes. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Both of these trouble codes relate to communications through the CAN bus system between your cars various control modules. In this case it is between the Powertrain Control Module and something else. A likely cause is a poor connection at one of the multi-pin connectors at the firewall or at the UHFB. I would also pull the modules from the top of the glove compartment and the inside of the firewall and check those connections. You are looking for corrosion or maybe a dark, burned look. Of course there are many other possible causes. A broken otherwise damaged wire is one that comes to mind.
