Ha ha, it does say make an offer! But at this point, I would pay it. I want to get out of this rented room, but not before I get my landlady to pay for this, installation and paint.

oh no, just reuse the ones holding on the broken panel. spray them with penetrant oil before removal in case of rust. if there are any fasteners the replacement panel doesn't have a spot for, just omit those.

as for money, you can install it yourself pretty easily. i've done panel swaps on a couple of my cars to make them 2-tone, just look at my profile pic :3 they're pretty easy to remove and install, just take your time to ensure you don't break any plastic tabs off. and the penetrant oil is a really good idea to ensure they unscrew smoothly.
