Default Power window removal

How do I go about removing the power window on the driver side of my '98 SC2 when it's stuck in the closed position? Note: I have both the inner and outer panels off since I'm going to be replacing the regulator.

Will the window move at all or is it jammed tight?

It is jammed tight. It won't move up or down.

Are you sure the problem is not the switch?

Unscrew the 4 screws holding the motor in place. Then you can maneuver things around to get the motor and regulator arm out.

Richpin has a couple videos that shows most of this

With it jammed tight it will probably have some "sideways" torque on the screws. May be helpful to have a second set of hands holding the window up.

I've taken a few motors out at the junkyard with the windows up and no power to them. Wasn't that hard to do really.

I swapped one out with one from the junkyard which had the same results. My passenger window works fine.
