Default New Spoiler and Satellite Radio

A few months ago I purchased a rear hatch spoiler from a member of Astra Owners network. This spoiler was shipped from Glasgow Scotland via Fedex.

It is made by a company called Irmscher, a German Opel/Vauxhall factory authorized aftermarket company. Arrived in my hands brand new, never painted, just a nice base coat of primer.

A quick phone call to a mate who is an Auto body painter, and my new spoiler was sprayed Star SilverIII. He also mounted it for me.

The pics aren't the greatest and my car is definitely not clean, due to the usual sloppy roads. You can also see my stubby antenna which is needed to clear the new spoiler. Excuse my winter wheels, I will get more pics come summer time when I mount my 18's again.

There is also a pic of my Sirius Satellite radio mounted on the A pillar, I had promised this pic a while ago.

Here is my pixel art signature I use on the Astra Owners Network site (AON)
to bad we cant use sigs like this on here.

16" SRi Alloys, Kumho I'Zen Winter Tyres, Yakima roof rack, Rockymounts Pitchfork,

Very nice Where did you get your pixel art signature? I am also on AON, and keep seeing everybody with one. Where do I go to get one?

I always think spoilers look odd on cars with small stock wheels and high suspension, just seems out of place. Irmscher does make good stuff though.

I made this one, although it's less elaborate than yours:

I always think spoilers look odd on cars with big wheels and lowered suspensions, that are slow. Do they have a word for that?

Tell me how is the astra site these days, must be rather slow you have more posts here then on your own site. Guess it's not used by many.

Marxist, Marxist, Marxist...whats with all your story telling lately. How many sites have you been "BANNED" from and what site are you saying I have been banned from. You really need to know the facts before you say such things.

I did sign up on the US ASTRA site today. But I have a feeling that operator will not let me join because of rice and beans.

Will the photo gallery ever work again?

Im so glad the children have decided to use my thread as a place for a fight.

Thanks.

Yea, its road salt, and general winter road grime.
As for the reception, I actually have no idea if it has been affected. I don't listen to local radio in my car. I only use Sirius and CDs for music.
I will have to give it a test tomorrow and I will report back.

As for the pixel art sig, I just downloaded an Astra pixel art car and started playing around with it in MS paint.
If you do a search on Youtube for pixel art cars, there is some good tutorials, after that its just a matter of trial and error.

I would not consider the Irmy spoiler "ricey" in any way. However the floppy shopping cart handle someone at Saturn decided to glue onto the back on the Ion Redline is pure rice.

I agree 100% ... thats why I did not option the ironing board wing on the back of my Redline.

At least the Redline can back up it's looks if one were to option that shooping cart handle

What were you saying about being banned Marxist?
