Default Tie rod end nut size

Hello I am replacing the outer tie rod end on the passenger side of my car.
The castle nut on the top is 18mm, but wondering what the nut on the actual connecting tie rod is. Believe its called a jam nut connecting the outer tie to the tie rod. Looking like a 21mm want to be sure. Its all rusty and looks like a nightmare to get off :O

My Saturn rolled off assembly line on, 10-31-1991. Remember that huge snow storm we had that day? I do I was in it having fun.

I believe it is a 21mm, think I had results though with pipe wrenches, gave me a little more leverage. Lots of pb blaster, perhaps heat and patience.

PB Blaster is great penetrating oil for rust. After watching the richpin video

I ran out to the parts store to get a 21mm wrench. None of the hardware or auto parts store had one in stock. I grabbed the closest SAE one I could find and it worked fine.
