Winner! You nailed it. Someone pulled the Body fuse. And when I plugged it in I found out why. The door locks kind of go crazy locking and unlocking rapidly. I pulled the relays for now.

I was able to read the OBD port and pull a list of error codes.
codes:0117,0118,0125,0133,0340,0341,0710,0714,0741 ,0781
0118 description : "Engine Coolant Temperature Circuit High
0117 description : "Engine Coolant Temperature Circuit Low
0781 description : "1-2 Shift",
0741 description : "Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Performance or Stuck Off
0125 description : "Insufficient Coolant Temperature for Closed Loop Fuel Control
0714 description : "Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor "A" Circuit Intermittent
0133 description : "O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response
0341 description : "Camshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit Range\/Performance
0710 description : "Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor "A" Circuit
0340 description : "Camshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit

Guess I got stuck with some fun with this one.

That fuse was probably pulled on purpose for the sale. With so many error codes, it may be easier to try a manual reset then see what comes back.
