Default PZEV Fuel Pump/Tank Issues

First I would like to thank you for taking the time to see the body of this post.

My problem is this-

I traced my lack of fuel pressure and no start back to the fuel tank. There I was able to track down a wire that had broken inside the fuel tank right at the point where it passes through from the outside in.

Simple problem right?

No

I can not find this part ANYWHERE ON THE INTERNET!! Pics are related to this post. The pump, filter, and level sensor are all mounted inside the tank not on the sending unit. This part that needs to be replaced is the part numbers in the pictures attached to this post and I am also going to include the type of fuel pump and filter because I believe that the person who recognizes these parts may see what my problem is or at least what part im looking for.

Please forgive my run-on sentences.

Thank you again in advance!

The part in pics 1 & 2 is p/n 23140038 (fuel tank vent valve kit) and discontinued. The part in the 3rd pic is p/n 19169217 (fuel filter kit w/oriface) and still available. The part in the last pic is p/n 19167186 (fuel pump kit) and discontinued.

All of these parts are used in 2007-2010 Saturn Ion, Chevrolet Cobalt, and Pontiac G5 models equipped with the 2.2L engine and PZEV California Emissions (RPO code NU6). I'm sharing this information because a used part appears to be the only option for replacing the part in the first picture (what most would call the "fuel sending unit").
