2008 Outlook XR
Default Saturn Outlook P0302 low compression

I have a 08 Outlook XR 242k miles. My teen daughter drove it about 40 miles with it spitting and sputtering. Cats were clogged. Had cats replaced( I don't think they are as tight as they should be, sounds leaky), fuel injectors all replaced, new coil packs and spark plugs plus a new battery. It is still sputtering with a P0302 code. Had the compression checked and was told it was very low. Picture attached is a piece I found laying under my hood. Mechanic told me it was from an injector but not needed?
Smoking tons of blue smoke.
Is this fixable?
This Outlook is my baby!
