Hard Starts, occasional pulsing while idle
I just had my gf's radiator replaced and they said there is 1 of 5 sensors that is broken, but wouldn't tell me which sensor.
I've been having trouble starting for about 6 months and have to give it gas sometimes to get it to start, (more-so if I HAVE driven it recently.) Other times randomly it idles really hard and/or nearly cuts out.
I was told that this sensor could be causing too much fuel being dumped in the catalytic converter and could ruin it as well. My knowledge pretty much ends at changing the oil and fluids and now replacing the radiator - Would like to learn to fix things on my own, but obviously not at the peril of ruining a high dollar part.
If sensor needs replaced is that an easier fix that I can do on my own or recommend a mechanic do it? Any other thoughts what these issues could be?

The car you state you have, doesn't exist.
Nonetheless, is the check engine light on? If so, places like advanced can read them with no charge to you.
