Remove the top motor mount and raise that side of the engine and the job will be much easier. The hardest part is removing the 3 10mm bolts from the pulley. This is one of the easiest cars for water pump replacement.

I have found it's much easier to do the removal of the water pump from the bottom.
After removing the 3 bolts that hold the pulley in place; there are 6 bolts that hold the water pump to the engine block. Removing through the wheel well is much easier. Just from my experience.

2ndscout is right , watch the Richpin video and do it that way-I just had a brain cramp and was thinking about replacing the tensioner or idler pulley. I was outside the 15 minute window to modify my post so I'll look like an idiot for eternity.
