Ion Redline steering wheel into an S-series?
Has anyone ever successfully swapped an Ion Redline steering wheel into their S-series?
I have an '02 SC2 and I hate the steering wheel.

Actually it doesn't have to be from a Redline, but I want the 4-spoke version of the Ion steering wheel...
Did those ever come in black with leather wrap?

I figure the S-series are different from the Ion's, but I was just wondering if it would be an easy swap. I assume the wiring will be somewhat similar for the cruise and the airbag, with the possible exception of the clock spring and connectors.

Airbag wouldn't be a concern if you can match the voltage/signal wires, check an FSM.
also you will need to check the hub size it should be the same since most car companies tend to keep the same size for all of their steering wheels through out there model lines |
