As long as this doesn't harm anyone, create more pollution (illegal diesel mods to remove mandated SCR with DEF), I see no reason for enjoying what makes you happy.

I skied from January to the end of March at a local ski area and followed the beginnings of this pandemic. A short season occurred due to warm weather and a total lack of snow so man made snow kept this ski area open right up to when the pandemic was declared and US ski areas began shutting down prematurely to coincide with stay home rules. On my last two day trips to this mountain, I was already wondering while riding the chair lifts how easy a virus can spread in an open area outdoors with crowds, sharing chairlifts with strangers, taking indoor/outdoor breaks in the ski lodge or outside, rest room use, etc. A ski area is no different from shopping in a mall, food market, dining at restaurants/fast food places, walking outside anywhere with the public doing the same. Everyday life as we know it before this contagion flooded the world and changed daily life to wearing masks, social distancing and a new normal to remain until ways are figured out to minimize/eliminate Covid-19 and attempt to resume some semblance of normal life.

We can pack hoards of people tighter than sardines on United flights from Newark to S.F..... that ought to be a great start!

Stay well, stay healthy, & best yet stay sane!
