Default water build up in rear seat floor?

after this recent storm i have noticed alot of water on the floor has anyone else come across this problem if so what fixed the problem i was in the vehicel for a little bit while it was raining and none of the doors were leaking and the windows did not have any water marks on them.

If you have a sunroof, it's mostly likely a clogged drain (or detached drain line). Make sure the stealer also steam cleans the affected carpet after they fix it or it will smell musty after a few days.

i dont have a sunroof and i checked all the drain plugs in the floorboards and nothing looks abnormal

car was in the dealership and they said that it was a body mold break in the rear under the left rear tail light and every time it rained it came off the roof and straight in the cracked seam

they said it was user damage and i am having to go threw my insurance to fix it because the carpet has mold and they have to replace it and do mold cleaning

i guess i was never in one but i did notice a scrape and scuff on the rear bumper but they said it was and was hit just right
