Default Sunroof inoperable after heavy rain.

power windows Work and the SUN fuse isnt blown. What wires on the switch can i jumper to see if the motor has failed? I noticed small amounts of water sitting on my shift tower. I went to use the switch and no sounds.. My sunroof worked two days ago. And i didn't have a drainage issue before this. AFAIK tracks are fine and it drains properly.

Help.!

You didn't have a problem before the problem started? How interesting!

Sounds like somewhere, probably towards the front, it's not sealing or draining properly anymore. If you pull the map lights out you can access the motor (or even replace it without lowering or damaging the headliner), 12v one way opens the roof 12v the other way close's it (dunno which color does which). Hopefully it's not collecting water to drain on your head when you remove the map lights

Pulled the map lights and there was no water. I checked for power and It's live. I purposely Blew out a fuse, replaced the fuse and Voila. It works. Idk how. I got it opened, Checked the drain tubes 3/4 drained properly the RR is a bit slow.. but I won't complain too much it still drained. When I first bought it back in 2011, I modified the front tubes, I'd cleaned them, then chopped the tips of the cones off to allow better drainage. I poured four bottles of water in the tracks and drains properly. So i figured Whatever, Cleaned out the grease i did last year and re-greased it. But It works so IDK.
