Default Blower Motor Resistor

I am having trouble finding the blower motor resistor. A mechanic told me that it was under the dash, and that i would have to remove the glovebox to get to it, i removed a few screws and took a peek but i still dont see it. Is this the correct location?

You have to stand on your head to see it. Its on the bottom of the hvac case. No need to remove the glove box. Also its reccomended to replace the blower motor too at the same time to prevent the new resistor from burning up

OK *bangs head through a wall*

The blower motor is good. The fuse is good. I just changed the resistor. What else can it be? There is no air blowing at all.
