Default Igition cylinder recoding Q

I had the whole can't turn the car off problem. Popped the cylinder out and the springs went flying. Two of them were practically sideways in the casing, all jammed up.

So, from here where do I go? Locksmith, ask him to rekey the old cylinder? Or could the problem be not just the springs, do I need a brand new cylinder?
