Several members have made these sliders with 3-D printers....IIRC some offered to manufacture & sell to SaturnFans folks....perhaps they will chime in?

This is the plastic slider/guide that fits into the window track. I just replaced two of them.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/GM-OEM-GUIDE...72.m2749.l2649

There's a good video on YouTube that shows the whole replacement. Type in "Saturn window" in the search box to find it.

Weird. I have no problem saving it, either from your link or the original post, and I'm in a managed environment using Internet Explorer 11.

Here's the original source of the file, maybe you can DL from there?

www.car-part.com

If you run into any issues with getting just your plastic sliders, then you can use this website to source used window regulators.

Trust me, you DON'T want to buy a regulator from GM......

My 1991 Grand Am driver's regulator(Manual) was priced at $192.

I bought Dorman repair tape, at AutoZone for $27, and I rebuilt my regulator.
