I'm picking up an alarm with remote start. It also has remote door lock relays. I currently don't have power locks, and don't need the whole power lock switchs, but I do want the power door locks to work with just the remote. My question, does the power door lock actuator bolt up in place of the manual? Are there other parts I would need as well?

The actuator will bolt right in, and attach to the lock rods (they are the same if you have power locks, or not), but you will need to run wiring to each of the actuators that you install. You will also need a power lock relay, as the relay in your alarm is for triggering, not the actual operation of the actuators.
