Default subwoofers

hey i drive a 2002 sc2 and i'm getting from a friend 2 12" kickers amp and wiring. i was wondering if anyone knew a good site where they tell you step by step how to install them yourself

Depends, how much experience do have in installing car audio? Coming from my experience as a former installer, don't take it on unless you have some experience or someone with experience to help you install it. Although, I did enjoy having to fix those since it's double the charge.

Plug in RCA cable to receiver, run wire down passenger side door sills.
Run 10g (or whatever size wire your amp calls for) fused power cable from battery through grommet all the other wires use to go through the firewall (unless automatic then just poke out clutch hydraulics plug) and run up the driver side door sills to trunk.
Connect amp to ground (I use one of the 12mm bolts holding the rear bumper on), then power. Then connect RCA(s) to amp, then amp to woofer(s).

The proper way to fix a S-Series automatic is to replace it with a manual
