Dizzy Camshaft position sensor?

Hi all, I bought a 1998 Saturn sl2. When I bought it the service light was on. Took it to oreilly auto parts and they ran a scan and said it was the camshaft position sensor. When I start my car in the morning it runs rough for about 10 seconds and I have to give it has to keep it running, then it smooths itself out and runs like a champ. I've replaced the fuel regular/filter with the OEM thinking that was the problem but it wasn't. Any ideas? Could this be the starting issue?

S-Series do NOT have a Cam position sensor. The usual cause of that code is because you could use a new set of plugs and or wires. Make sure to get NGK Coppers (DOHC Spark Plugs : BKR5ESA-11 (NGK: 5643) Be sure to get the best quality wires you can as well.

As mentioned new plugs and wires and make sure the coil towers and coil grounds are clean and free of corrosion.

Heres a Youtube video that explains all your questions and repairing that trouble code on your car.
