Default Spark Plug Gap

I got some NGK 7090 BKR5EGP G-Power spark plugs at O'Reilly for 2020 Spring tune up. I checked gap on them and they're ranging from .038 - .039

Is that close enough to leave well enough alone?

I would say close enough to 0.040", unless you are a purist and gotta have that 0.001".

Sure... it's perfect because the spark will erode electrodes and wear to .040.

True that. I have used G-Power plugs before. Long lasting plug for little additional cost.
