A bottle to 20 gallons, but I put in 1 bottle in a full tank.

TCW3 & Redline is totally different. PEA in the Redline is a fantastic cleaner.

Do some research!

I used the Coupe to return a $100 Walmart bike.

The kid snapped off a pedal within 90 days. He then found a pair of bikes on facebook marketplace for $30. It was nice to not have to break out the truck.

I'm part Swede too.

BUT! I'll take a much cleaner fuel system & engine components along with better throttle response & higher MPG any day.

Along with Amsoil ATF in the 5-speed Tranny & Power Steering.

Hmm, sounds good. BUT I have a stash of GUMOUT Regane I got for about a buck a piece from Grocery Outlet. Just today I pulled into the private drive, placed car in PARK and grabbed the mail. Walking back to the car I marveled at the smooth exhaust tone. Goldie is a good girl.

Do yourself a favor and sew or lightly glue your purple felt to a single layer of light weight cotton before making your visors - you can use an old pillow case for the material.

Felt can stretch and the cotton will keep it stable and easier cut and sew.

When the foam in your seat is compressed a little more than you like it is possible to help restore it with steam -

before - notice the crease in the seat side

using a simple clothes steamer

after steaming the side of seat for about 5 minutes

I found this trick on youtube and after testing how this works, without taking the seats out and through the fabric, I am getting my BIG steamer out to finish the job

Image from much earlier in the day on my silver to white conversion, I've got the trunk and all rear fenders/bumper on. Not having the best luck lining up the trunk perfectly. It's getting colder and colder and needs to get it done ASAP.

Took off the rear left fender and the bolt that lines up with the door skin just shattered the rusted metal near the footwell. So I've got that project to look forward to this spring.

Over tha last 2 days I have been cleaning and doing cosmetic stuff -

I bought a Bissell SpotCleaner Pro with various cleaning fluids and started to detail my Saturn.

Replaced my wipers with Silicon blades for winter.

Got floor mat clips (Eagle Klaw) to keep my mats in place and I began repairing the mats rather than replacing them using heel pads. I also decided to place a heel pad where I rest my left foot when driving because the carpet is worn there a bit.

Bought an e-10 to remove the seats so I can restore/replace the foam and while the seats are out will reinforce the seat cover seams by sewing in RipStop Nylon.

Thanks to youtube and this forum for lots of information to help me do this job properly.

When I get brave, I will degrease my engine better too.

Since I lacked the time or skill to change out the engine I decided to do this

Completed repair on driver size floor mat - it is functional and will work until I decide to replace the interior carpet.

I used a 17.5" x 13.5" vinyl heel pad as material to cover the large worn spot on the floor mat and to use for a removable "dead" pedal. I purchased a way to secure the mats to the interior carpet so they will no longer move.

Used the same Loctite spray adhesive that was used on the headliner to secure the insert to the back and the vinyl to the front of the floor mat.

Will use Industrial Strength Velcro to secure the "dead" pedal as the carpet is worn where I place my left foot while driving. I may cut it to fit or just tuck it under the actual floor mat.

I had cut a section of the driver floor mat out and was going to use one of the back floor mats to repair it, then changed my mind which is why I used an insert to level the mat.

To repair that hole it would have been easiest to glue leather on the back of the worn section and add the heel pad to the front.

The passenger side mat needs nothing other than gluing a heel pad across it.

before any work

shows leather and reflectix cushion which was glued to the back

repair completed - shows all parts to install into car

Focusofheart- Great idea with pics! I may have to try that. Today I gave her a bath, wiped the insides down, conditioned the leather seats and then went after that musty odor smell I've been trying to eliminate since I got her. I removed all the lower ducting, moved the heater core out of the way so I could see the evaporator, took out blower, tore out that sponge that stops the condensate from blowing in your face, smelled it, nope that wasn't what was causing that irritating smell, so I stuffed a towel on the back end of the evaporator, grabbed a hose and back flushed the evaporator. I got a lot of dirt and gunk out of the evaporator and verified the drain worked good. As I forced the water through the evaporator I could hear it draining out of the front of the car. Then I saw it, an orange stain on the heater core. Yup that probably was the cause of the smell. I thought it might have been, but I wanted to make sure everything was clean, and now it is. I have a spare heater core from my last Saturn that I will throw in there for now, until I can get another one.
