2006 Saturn Ion Block Heaters
Are block heaters stock in 2006 Saturn ion coupes? If so where is it located?

they're available, but not standard in any car I've ever heard of.

Block heaters are standard depending on what part of the country the car was delivered to originally. In Canada, the prarie provinces of Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta have block heaters installed automatically and in the rest of the country they are not needed.
