Default SES Codes- 2002 SL1

We got a P0301- Cylinder 1 Misfire & a P0507- Idle Control System RPM High

Now what?!

Hmmm, I'm gonna have to vote for:

Spray carb cleaner around intake manifold near cylinder 1 and see if the idle changes. Your model year is infamous for having a fold in the intake manifold gasket that eventually become a massive vacuum leak. Your symptons just scream fold in intake gasket.

Gee, who'd'a thunk? But yeah, based on your previous posts plus this one, kthane's nailed it - it's your intake manifold gasket.

(BTW, ohmy, you started three threads over one thing going in with your car. The "conversation" flows much better when you simply keep one thread going by posting update replies to the one you start.)
