Default Not sure what these are. Help me out please?

First picture is of two connectors located under the center console.
Second is under the hood between the clutch and brake reservoirs (on a fuel hose?)

This spring or clip looks to be in a different position than what I've seen in other pictures

First black connector looks like it is for the power window switch maybe. Does your car have them? Might just have the harness. Not sure about the white connector. Looks like a light bulb socket to me though. Maybe one of the Gen 1 guys will chime in. I am having a hard time making out the second photo.

I have one loose in the hangar. I'll check unless someone beats me to it.

1st pictures reminds me of the leftovers from a 5spd swap. The white one is for a bulb, looks like what lights up the PRND strip, not sure what else it could be as 1st gens don't light up the ash tray. The 4pin thing looks like one of the interlock connectors that go on the auto-shifter.

The 2nd pic shows the fuel filter isn't secured down. Could cause running issue's when the lines chafe and pour fuel on the ground instead of the engine, but not an electrical issue.

Not sure on the 3rd pic, possibly the ebrake handle sensor

The end of the spring in the last pic goes up on that boss with a white end.

...
The proper way to fix a S-Series automatic is to replace it with a 5spd O:)

The third pic is definitely a light i noticed this morning. Maybe for the cigar lighter ring light. Idk.
My car does have power windows. The connectors for them and the mirror adjustment are on the same switch. So maybe possible it was switched to a manual from an automatic? Hmm.
Can I just push the fuel filter back into that bracket? Before rhwt

Can I just push the fuel filter back into that bracket? Before that, any chance it would be clogged and cause poor acceleration? Wishful thinking.. I'm sure the clutch is almost toast. I'll have to find that picture of the spring up in the correct spot on the shifter i this one is not in the right location. Where it is currently pointing down it should b3 above the other end of the clip facing to the back of the car. Lol. I wish I'd learned more about cars a long time ago. Thank you.

Hope about a clutch pedal adjustment? I am not sure I could take on a clutch repair. This is horrible timing for me..

There's no adjustment to the clutch, it's either good or parts get replaced.

The filter could be clogged, that style is only rated for 25k miles before replacement. This would be unrelated to it's current location though.

This shows where the spring goes on the shift tower (the cable ends have been upgraded from factory plastic crap to never worry about again joints):
