Power lock, power mirrors, and dome light not working.

New owner of a 2000 SL2 here and I have a couple of problems. The interior lights, power door locks, and power mirrors don’t work! When I press the door lock or mirror buttons the "trunk open" light on the dash comes on. I've checked all the fuses (that I can find) and can't seem to track this problem down. ALL of these problems started when I tried to jump #4 and #8 in the OBDII so I could add a second keyless entry remote(apparently I did something wrong). Any ideas on what’s wrong?

I figured out that there are 2 fuse panels in the dang car.....and replaced a 10A fuse.
